Release Date Of Poison 2 web series:

Poison Season 1 which was released on 19th April 2019 had the attention of audiences.

Many of us were expecting season 2 of this Poison web series. 

Season 2 comprises 11 episodes that were supposed to be released on 30th April 2020

but due to the pandemic, it got delayed, and finally released on October 16, 2020.

We have already seen some great content in 2020 on ZEE5. Certainly, season 2 of

Poison will be among one of those best releases this year on this platform.

Poison 2 Web Series Review:

Poison 2 marks the digital debut of Aftab Shivdasani. We have seen his top-class acting in movies like Mast, Kasoor, Masti, Hungama, and many more.

Josh, is a well-reputed horse racing team in Goa whose owners are Sara (played by Raai Laxmi), Harsh (played by Zain Imam) & Oscar (played by Vin Rana). 

In the beginning, we saw a race competition where Josh team was defeated by the Firestorm team, played and owned by Aditya (played by Aftab Shivdasani).

There was an auction of the racecourse soon to be held and Josh team wanted very badly to own that racecourse. Soon Oscar was fired for some transactions of huge amounts to some other accounts. He wanted to take revenge on the Josh team.

Some past events showed us that Jaiveer, Sara, Harsh & Oscar were very good friends. Jaiveer & his father were falsely accused & sentenced to prison for being involved in stealing diamonds.

His father committed suicide inside the court and his mother went into a coma. Jaiveer realizes it was his closest friends behind all these wrongdoings. His sister Isha (played by Pooja Chopra) believed that Jaiveer was guilty. 

Isha is a Police officer now and she has been handed over the diamonds stealing, a case of 2015.

To investigate the case she went to Goa where she found Oscar and his friends.

Director Vishal Pandya is mostly known for directing erotic thrillers. He has made his digital debut with the crime thriller Poison 2. It won’t be wrong if we say this is his best work to date.

Aftab Shivdasani has made his digital debut worthy of delivering such a great performance. He was very well supported by Raai Laxmi, Vin Rana, Zain Iman, and Pooja Chopra.
