Alia Bhatt and Shefali Shah’s Maiden Collaboration
Shooting wrapped for producer Alia Bhatt’s debut movie Darlings.
The comedy-drama movie is directed by Jasmeet K Reen. She made her debut as a
Screenwriter of the movie “Force 2” starring John Abraham, Sonakshi Sinha, Tahir
Raj Bhasin.
“Darlings” is a very special movie for Alia Bhatt as she
turns producer with this movie. Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma are the other
producers of the movie.
Vishal Bhardwaj will compose the music of the movie while Gulzar
will write the lyrics. Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, Roshan Mathew will also be playing
lead roles in the movie.
“Darlings” is about a mother-daughter duo portrayed by Alia
Bhatt & Shefali Shah who found courage and love in exceptional
circumstances. Alia Bhatt and Shefali Shah’s maiden collaboration is going to be
very much exciting. “Darlings” teaser gives a statutory warning “Auraton Ka
Apmaan Aapki Sehat Ke Liye Bahut Haanikaarak Ho Sakta Hai”.
This is also the maiden collaboration between Alia Bhatt’s Eternal
Sunshine Productions and Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment.
Shefali Shah will be also seen with Vidya Balan in her upcoming movie “Jalsa”. Alia Bhatt will also be seen in Farhan Akhtar's movie "Jee Le Zaraa" Actor Vijay Varma had received many accolades for his performances in “Mirzapur 2”, “She”, “Yaara”, “Super 30”, “Gully Boy”.
