On 2nd January 2022, Hoichoi released the first look poster of the Uttoron web series which will be directed by Joydeep Mukherjee & have Madhumita Sarcar, and Rajdeep Gupta in the lead roles.

Uttoron is about how an MMS leak can change a married woman’s life, and how it affects her family. Madhumita Sarcar will portray the character of Parna & Rajdeep Gupta will play the character of Abhi.

Uttoron marks Madhumita Sarcar’s maiden web series. Madhumita Sarcar will feature in the upcoming movie Kuler Achar opposite Vikram Chatterjee, which will be her 4th collaboration with Shree Venkatesh Films after Love Aaj Kal Porshu, Cheeni, Tangra Blues.

After delivering noteworthy performances in Ogo Bodhu Sundori & Byomkesh, Rajdeep Gupta made his debut on the OTT platform with the Japani Toy web series co-starring Ishaa Saha, where he delivered a spectacular performance.
