It was Dussehra last year when we got the first look poster of Raavan. Since then we have seen audiences showing their love & excitement for the release of the Bengali movie Raavan.
The 2-minute 57-second trailer gives us a hint that we are going to witness another action entertainer from Superstar Jeet. We will watch 2 different avatars of Jeet one as Professor Ram Mukherjee & the other one as Raavan.
Action sequences are a treat to watch and this is the first time we are going to witness this kind of action stunts in a Bengali film which we have earlier seen in Bollywood movies & South Indian movies. Jeet as charming professor Ram romances Lahoma Bhattacharya in the song ‘You Are My Love’.
The intense look of Jeet’s Raavan character, the action sequences & the dialogues like “Raavan never dies, despite knowing this we burn Raavan every year, yet Raavan never dies” are worth a whistle.
Tanusree Chakraborty, Kharaj Mukherjee & Shataf Figar will play crucial roles in this movie. This is the second time Shataf Figar& Jeet are working together as they worked before in Besh Korechi Prem Korechi & they will be also seen together in Chengiz. Shataf Figar has earlier worked in movies and web series like Shershaah, Cockpit, Breathe: Into the Shadows, Love Aaj Kal, Rajkahini & more.
Ravi Verma & Rajesh Kannan are the action directors of this movie. Rajesh Kannan is famous for his works in movies like Salman Khan starring Wanted & Dabangg, and Shah Rukh Khan starring Chennai Express.

This year we may see releasing at least 2 movies from Jeet. A few days back he announced his next action thriller Chengiz which also may release this year.
