Savings Account (2022) Bengali Movie Trailer Review:

During the 1 minute 42 seconds trailer, we saw the people of People’s Welfare Bank panicking as Abhimanyu Sen(Ankush Hazra) a school teacher by profession has taken them hostage. He has given DSP Shaoni (Sayantika Banerjee) 8 tasks to complete. If she denies completing those tasks he will kill the hostages. What led a teacher like Abhimanyu Sen to do such a crime and what is his motive behind this?

This year Ankush Hazra appeared in a cameo in Dev & Rukmini Maitra starrer movie Kishmish. So, fans are definitely waiting to see some good projects from him but barring Mirza, movies like Savings Account and Ogo Bideshini won’t be able to meet the audience’s expectations. The main reason is the concepts of both of these movies look outdated and cliché.

The story of Savings Account looks very much similar to Yami Gautam starrer movie A Thursday, yes there can be some twists that might be different but the core concept looks pretty similar.

This is the third movie of Director Raja Chanda in the last 2 years to be directly premiered on OTT after Harano Prapti starring Soham Chakraborty, Tanushree Chakraborty, Paayel Sarkar, & Sourav Das, and Ajob Premer Golpo featuring Bonny Sengupta & Srabanti Chatterjee.

Peaen Sarkar who has earlier appeared in movies like Magic & Pratidwandi will be seen in a crucial role. Debopriyo Mukherjee who has appeared in projects like Mouchaak, The Eken movie & Eken Babu Season 4 will be portraying an important role in this movie too.

Upcoming projects (movies & web series) of Ankush Hazra:

He will be featured in upcoming movies and web series like Mirza, Love Marriage, Ogo Bideshini, Bengal Police, Hawa Bonduk, Mon Kharap, Bhoy, Paakhi, Abar Bibaho Obhijaan, & Kurban, and Shikarpur.
