Fatafati Bengali Movie Trailer:
The trailer of Director Aritra Mukherjee’s upcoming film ‘Fatafati’ starring Ritabhari Chakraborty and Abir Chatterjee has been finally released. The film produced by Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee under the banner Windows will release in theatres on 12th May 2023.
The plot mainly revolves around the tailor Phullora Bhaduri who excels in designing and is passionate about fashion design. She wants to become a fashion influencer. She is overweight but her mental strength and self-confidence are unmatched.
Abir Chatterjee portrays the character of a supportive husband of Phullora. But after a stage, their relationship also faces various challenges. This is the first time we will see Abir Chatterjee and Ritabhari Chakraborty sharing the screen space.
Swastika Dutta is playing an interesting character who tries to make Phullora understand the obstacles she will come across to make her dream come true. Actors like Loknath Dey, Debosree Ganguly, Soma Chakraborty, Asmee Ghosh, Raktim Samanta, & Sanghasree Sinha will play crucial roles in this film.
Zinia Sen has written the story and screenplay, while Samragnee Bandyopadhyay has written the dialogues of the Fatafati film. The music composers Anindya Chattopadhyay, Amit Chatterjee, and Chamok Hasan delivered some decent soundtracks like ‘Swapno Bonar Somoy Ekhon’ & ‘Jani Okaron’.
The cinematography by Aalok Maiti, the editing by Subhajit Singha, & the background score by Amit Chatterjee are the other areas that might catch your attention in the trailer.
Abir Chatterjee is keen to leave an impact at the box office after the grand success of last year’s adventure thriller Karnasubarner Guptodhon. He will be also featured in upcoming films like Raktabeej, Putul Nacher Itikotha, & Bibaho Bibhrat. Ritabhari Chakraborty did not appear in any project last year and her last appearance was in the film FIR.
