On 5th April 2023, the makers of Pawan Kalyan starrer upcoming action thriller Ustaad Bhagat Singh shared a poster featuring the power star in a uniform of a cop and they announced the commencement of this film’s shooting.
This Harish Shankar directorial film produced by Naveen Yerneni & Y. Ravi Shankar under the banner Mythri Movie Makers marks the second collaboration between Harish Shankar & Pawan Kalyan as they collaborated previously in Gabbar Singh.
Music director Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music for Pawan Kalyan’s film for the 8th time in Ustaad Bhagat Singh. They have previously collaborated in films like Badri, Shankar Dada M.B.B.S., Shankar Dada Zindabad, Jalsa, Gabbar Singh, Attarintiki Daredi, and Sardaar Gabbar Singh.
Sreeleela is the female lead of this film and actors like Ashutosh Rana, Narra Srinu, Avinash, Naga Mahesh, Nawab Shah, Gauthami, and Temper Mahesh will be seen in crucial roles in this film. Director duo Ram-Lakshman will choreograph the action sequences while Chota K Prasad will be looking after the editing part & Ayananka Bose will be handling the cinematography of this film which has been earlier rumored to be the remake of Vijay starrer action thriller Theri.
Pawan Kalyan will be featured in Krish Jagarlamudi’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Samuthirakani's PKSDT, & Sujeeth's OG. Mythri Movie Makers also shared the first glimpse of the much-awaited Allu Arjun starrer upcoming film Pushpa 2: The Rule on the same day.
