Director Raj Chakraborty brings the gripping action-thriller web series Abar Proloy, comprising 10 episodes, which premiered on 11th August 2023, exclusively on ZEE5.
The storyline of Abar Proloy revolves around Animesh Dutta (portrayed by Saswata Chatterjee), a dedicated police officer from the Special Crime Branch. Tasked with dismantling a sinister human trafficking operation in the Sunderban region, he partners with his subordinates, Karali Babu (Partha Bhowmick) and Madhabi (Sohini Sengupta), who play a crucial role in providing insider information on the criminals.
The series opens with an intense action sequence where Animesh Dutta intervenes during a pursuit led by Bitan Bose (Debasish Mondal), the head of the Titagarh Police Station.
