On January 8, 2024, Hoichoi unveiled the official trailer for their upcoming mystery thriller, Kolonko. Directed by Abhimanyu Mukherjee, the series stars Raima Sen and Ritwick Chakraborty in the lead roles and is scheduled to premiere on January 19, 2024, exclusively on Hoichoi.
The 2-minute and 20-second trailer skillfully showcases the sudden crisis in the married life of Rangan (Ritwick Chakraborty) and Chaiti (Raima Sen). As the couple grapples with unexpected challenges, it becomes evident that both are harboring secrets from each other. The series promises to unravel the mystery of who the liar is and what lies they are concealing.
Gaurav Chakrabarty, who delivered commendable performances in 2023 with notable roles in Chhotolok, Abar Proloy, and Parnasavarir Shaap, plays a significant role in Kolonko. Srijla Guha, recently seen in the Picasso web series, portrays a crucial character, while Ambarish Bhattacharya also takes on an important role.
