On January 19, 2024, Excel Entertainment, the production house, unveiled the first look poster and confirmed the release date for their upcoming film, Madgaon Express.

Kunal Kemmu, renowned for his brilliant performances in the Abhay web series and films such as Kalyug, Lootcase, and Dhol, is making his directorial debut with this upcoming comedy-drama film. The film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, starring Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary in the lead roles. Nora Fatehi, Upendra Limaye, and Chhaya Kadam will be featured in supporting roles.

The story of Madgaon Express revolves around three childhood friends portrayed by Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary, who undergo life-changing experiences after a trip to Goa. Kunal Kemmu has written the script while Adil Afsar is handling the cinematography of this film.
