On March 25, 2024, in celebration of Holi, Addatimes unveiled the official teaser for their upcoming romantic drama, Basanta Ese Gyachhe, directed by Abhimanyu Mukherjee. The Bengali web series features Arpan Ghosal, Swastika Dutta, and Sakshi Saha (Dona) in the lead roles.
The one-minute teaser reveals Sakshi Saha's character falling in love with her teacher, played by Arpan Ghosal, who is married to Swastika Dutta. The student writes a love letter to her teacher, and to determine whether the girl genuinely loves him, Swastika Dutta allows her husband to engage in a game of love with her. The series will explore how their married life is affected by this situation.
The performances by Arpan Ghosal, Swastika Dutta, and Sakshi Saha appear satisfactory. The music composition by Savvy is impressive. Sudeep Das has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues for Basanta Ese Gyachhe. Prateek Kar serves as the editor, and Anujit Kundu is responsible for the cinematography.
