The first season, Feludar Goyendagiri: Darjeeling Jawmjawmat, was highly praised by audiences, and although shooting for the second season was scheduled to start in January of this year, it experienced a slight delay.
Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the series marks Tota Roychowdhury’s return as Feluda, with Anirban Chakrabarti as Jatayu and Kalpan Mitra as Topshe making their comeback as well. Season 2 is based on the short novel Bhuswargo Bhayankar by Satyajit Ray.
Tota Roychowdhury's portrayal of Feluda was impressive in season 1, and fans expect him to continue to captivate audiences in season 2. The trio of Feluda, Jatayu, & Topshe will be venturing to Srinagar and Kashmir this time to unravel new mysteries. The series marks the 5th collaboration between Tota Roychowdhury and Srijit Mukherji and will premiere on Hoichoi.
Tota Roychowdhury was last seen in Jaha Bolibo Shotto Bolibo, while Anirban Chakrabarti will be featured in the upcoming film Khadaan. Srijit Mukherji's last directorial venture, Dawshom Awbotaar, was a blockbuster hit, and his upcoming projects include Tekka, Shapath 2, & Oti Uttam.
