The much-anticipated trailer of Jaat, an action thriller produced by Mythri Movie Makers, was officially unveiled on 24th March 2025 at a special event in Mumbai.
Helmed by Gopichand Malineni, this action-packed film features Superstar Sunny Deol in the titular role. Regina Cassandra plays the female lead, while Randeep Hooda takes on a formidable antagonist role
The film also boasts a massive ensemble cast, including Vineet Kumar Singh, Ramya Krishnan, Saiyami Kher, Vinay Varma, Jagapathi Babu, Zarina Wahab, Upendra Limaye, Babloo Prithiveeraj, Ajay Ghosh, Dayanand Shetty, Ayesha Khan, and Bandhavi Sridhar.
The 2-minute 45-second trailer opens with Saiyami Kher questioning the villagers about the events that transpired, but silence prevails—until a young boy suddenly shouts a name: Ranatunga, played by Randeep Hooda.
Randeep Hooda’s character is introduced in a chilling sequence, worshiping Ravan before unleashing his brutal side, mercilessly killing people. As his reign of terror unfolds, a haunting voice echoes: "Yeh Ranatunga ki lanka hain yaha mein raasta kilometer mein nahi…beechi hui laasho mein naapa jaata hain."
The trailer’s major highlight is undoubtedly Sunny Deol, delivering fiery punchlines like "Jaan ki keemat jaankar bhi jaan ko jokhim mein daalnewala" and "Yeh Dhai kilo ke haath ki takaat poora North dekh chuka hain… Ab poora South dekhega."
Regina Cassandra’s lone appearance in the trailer is brief but impactful. With an intense gaze, she delivers the chilling line: "Iss Lanka mein kadam rakhne se bhagwan bhi darta hain."
The most awaited moment of the film will be the intense clash between Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda. Thanks to Gopichand Malineni’s larger-than-life vision, Sunny Deol’s massy persona gets a thunderous treatment.
With Chhaava proving his mettle, Vineet Kumar Singh is expected to bring the same depth and intensity to Jaat. The high-octane action thriller film, distributed by AA Films and Yash Raj Films, is set to hit theaters on 10 April 2025.
