Nani’s Wall Poster Cinema’s Content-Driven Hit Parade

Over the past seven years, Wall Poster Cinema—founded by Nani—has built a reputation for strong storytelling, gradually gaining the trust of audiences through its content-driven projects.

With a sharp creative focus, they continue to introduce new talent—directors who not only bring fresh perspectives but also deliver on the promise of strong storytelling.

Nani, originally named Ghanta Naveen Babu and popularly known as the 'Natural Star' among fans, began his journey as a film producer in 2013 with D for Dopidi as a co-producer. 

In 2018, he launched his own banner, Wall Poster Cinema. Under the Wall Poster Cinema banner, Nani has produced five films so far: Awe, HIT: The First Case, Meet Cute, HIT: The Second Case, and Court – State Vs A Nobody. The upcoming slate includes HIT: The Third Case and a Chiranjeevi-Odela collaboration.

Wall Poster Cinema's debut production was Awe, featuring a stellar ensemble cast including Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen, Regina Cassandra, Eesha Rebba, Priyadarshi, Srinivas Avasarala, and Murali Sharma. 

The film Awe marked Prasanth Varma’s directorial debut and went on to win two National Awards—Best Special Effects and Best Make-up—at the 66th National Film Awards. Prasanth Varma later went on to direct the 2024 blockbuster Hanu-Man, which grossed over ₹300 crores and emerged as the fourth highest-grossing Telugu film of the year.

Wall Poster Cinema’s second film, HIT: The First Case, starred Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma, and marked the feature film directorial debut of Sailesh Kolanu. Well received by both audiences and critics, HIT: The First Case laid the foundation for a successful franchise, spawning sequels HIT: The Second Case and HIT: The Third Case.

The film was also remade in Hindi with the same title, featuring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra.Wall Poster Cinema’s latest release, Court - State Vs A Nobody, starred Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Harsh Roshan, Sridevi, and Sivaji, and marked the directorial debut of Ram Jagadeesh.

Their upcoming ventures, HIT: The Third Case and the Chiranjeevi–Odela project, are already generating strong buzz and are expected to win audience appreciation.
